·         Earns a commission for the activation of products of Car & Driver Assistance according to the agency agreement.                                                                                                                             

·         Sells Car & Driver Assistance established products and is required to market and sell Car & Driver Assistance products in strict  accordance with the agency agreement, including obtaining the customers signature on the Car & Driver Assistance membership contract.                                                                      

·         Identifies itself as an authorized agent of Car & Driver Assistance and uses Car & Driver Assistance trademarks in accordance with its agency agreement.
